Princenhoftocht 1-2 juli 2023

Het leukste evenement in de 12voetsjol klasse: de Princenhoftocht, georganiseerd door de zeilvereniging Oostergo. Een sjieke club, die al 175 jaar bestaat en mede grondlegger was van de Noord-Nederlandse Watersportbond. In de Spiegel der Zeilvaart nr5/47 staat een uitgebreid artikel met als titel: Een club met tradities. En welke 12voetsjol zeiler voelt zich daar niet bij thuis? Op zaterdag wordt de traditionele Princenhoftocht verzeild in het natuurgebied de Princenhof (zie kaartje). Op de zondag open wedstrijden op het Pikmeer en de wijde EE.

Inschrijven is mogelijk via dit inschrijfformulier. De kosten bedragen 40 euro via een 1-malige afschrijving. De Princenhoftocht is een Friendship event, buitenlandse jolzeilers met een houten klassieke 12voetsjol zijn welkom. Problemen met inschrijven? Meer informatie nodig? Gezelligheid kent geen tijd tijdens de Princenhoftocht: de gratis borrel aangeboden door de KZV Oostergo op het starteiland.
Kamperen of een vakantiehuis huren kan op loopafstand van het zeilcentrum op camping ynelijte. Nick Jankowski en 4 andere jolzeilers hebben een huisje gehuurd en nog één slaapplaats over. Bij het zeilcentrum mogen campers geparkeerd worden. Vanuit Duitsland, Belgie en Turkije zijn toezeggingen binnen voor deelname, het is verstandig op tijd accomodatie te regelen. Wij helpen daarbij graag.

Princenhof Tour 1-2 July 2023

The Princenhof Tour counts as one of the best events in the 12-Foot Dinghy class and is organized by the Oostergo Sailing Club. This is a 'classy' club, which has existed for 175 years and was one of the founders of the Northern Netherlands Water Sports Association. The maritime periodical Spiegel der Zeilvaart (issue no. 5, 1947). published an extensive article about the club, entitled: “A Club with Traditions”. And which 12-Foot Dinghy sailor doesn't feel at home with that! On Saturday, the traditional Princenhof tour ends in the Princenhof nature reserve (see google maps). On Sunday there is an open competition on the "Pikmeer" and the 'Wijde Ee' Lake.
Registration can be completed via this registration form. The cost is 40 euros. The Princenhof Tour is a Friendship Nordics event; sailors from abroad with wooden classic 12-Foot Dinghies in the Dutch style are welcome. Problems with the registration? Need more information?
