The German dinghy sailor Carl Obst. In 1931 he was one of the 23 German dinghy sailors at Kiel and defeated three excellent Dutch dinghy sailors: Bohre, Jan Maas and Hin. The newspapers in Germany were very proud: "Deutschland schlagt Holland im Busley - erinnerungspreis".
